Japanese infrastructure ministry will send a delegation of officials and small and medium sized companies to Vietnam and Myanmar this fall. Networking with local companies will be taken place besides visiting government organizations and universities. The ministry will hold seminars in six cities all over Japan including Tokyo and Osaka to invite participants.
This would make the fifth delegation sent by the MLIT to Asian countries followed by the visit to Vietnam in 2014 and 2016, Myanmar in 2016 and 2017. Twenty companies are expected to join the group. They are to visit Ho Chi Minh in September, Hanoi in November. The ministry will assist the companies with their exhibiting at the local construction trade show as well as organize recruiting events at the universities in Vietnam.
