Japanese multiple award winning architect Toyo Ito won 2014 Thomas Jefferson Foundation Medal in Architecture sponsored by the Foundation and University of Virginia. The architect was highly evaluated by “combination of his sophisticated thought and digital tools that inspires architects for generations to come.” A presenting ceremony will be taken place in April 11 at University of Virginia.
The award recognizes those who recorded a significant achievement in architecture, law and citizen leadership, commemorating the third U.S. president Thomas Jefferson. (2014/03/31)
