A construction work of 100,000m2 super high-rise started in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Fujita Corp. is in charge of design and construction, while Institute of New Architecture Inc. is commissioned to practice project consulting. The 60-story residential tower, currently expected to have the most numbers of floor for residential buildings, is slated for completion in fall 2017. The project comprises 976 condos, commercial retailers, a community house and offices in the 10,000m2 area. (2014/05/13)
