A group of Japanese reinforcement steel work companies, Zentekkin is getting ready for welcoming trainees from Vietnam. Since it has been struggling to receive qualified crafts from China lately, the group turned their eyes on Vietnam, which has attracted attention of many member companies. The first group of 16 is scheduled to come to Japan in October. They are now in training at a vocational school in Vietnam learning Japanese and construction works ahead of starting training in Japan. President of the group, Mr. Uchiyama, highly appreciated the trainees’ abilities and expressed his expectation at the press conference.
Tied with a construction worker agency in Ho Chi Minh, the member companies will accept trainees who passed a technical examination by the agency. The agency will establish a satellite office in Tokyo and give a full support to the trainees. The company will also help them find jobs when they come back to Vietnam.
