The booklet is available in digital and paper versions. In addition to measures against windstorms, floods, and earthquakes, and efforts to ensure power in the event of a disaster, the brochure includes easy-to-understand descriptions and photos of measures that use digital technology.
The video focuses on wind and flood mitigation, a mutual concern among cities around the world. The video conveys the characteristics of underground regulating reservoirs and river facilities. The brochure and video will be used at international conferences and other venues to promote Tokyo's progressive initiatives around the world.
