Two Super High Rises in Otemachi, Tokyo Awarded to Takenaka and Obayashi

Takenaka Corp. was awarded a 70.3 billion yen contract to build one of the two skyscrapers planned in Otemachi Tokyo by Urban Renaissance Agency (UR) and NTT Urban Development Corp. The company will build a 199,000m2 high rise next to the other that was awarded to Obayashi earlier. The two buildings are slated for completion in May 2018. (2014/08/04)
