The largest mixed use building in Tainan City, southern Taiwan opened in February. It is the first project designed by Japanese firm Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei and completed in Taiwan. Located in a former garment factory site, three kilometers from the city center, the building introduces the design concept representing textiles and yarn.

TS Dream Mall has 181,546m2 total space and three underground and 10 above ground stories. The building, housing retail shops, a hotel and offices was constructed by a local contractor. Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei was selected through an international design competition in 2011. The firm has been conducting several projects in Taiwan including a large-scaled development in Taipei city.
