Redevelopment of a 3.9 ha former driving school and its adjacent area in the west of Osaki Station in Tokyo launched by a group of land owners. Construction in Block A, the first of planned two structures has been undertaken by Taisei Corp. The 180,000 m2 building for business and retail is expected to complete in March 2019.

Though it was initially planned in March, the launch of the redevelopment delayed because of increasing construction cost. A 43,000 m2 residential building will be constructed in the second phase of the project. The total cost of construction is estimated at 103.3 billion yen. (2015/08/11)
