Sumitomo Realty & Development Co. will develop a multi-purpose complex totaling 465,000m2 floor area in a 10.7 ha plot in Ariake, near Tokyo Bay. The developer has disclosed the project’s environment assessment documents submitted to Tokyo Metropolitan government. The first phase will be undertaken during 2016 and 2019 and the project is scheduled to be fully completed in 2025.

Block A of Ariake Kita 3-1 District in Koto-ku will have 22 story residential tower and retail shops with total floor space of 161,000m2, while Block B and C, the total floor area of 175,000m2 and 129,000m2 respectively, will contain a hotel, serviced apartments and a hall. (2015/10/20)
