Logistics facility developer Global Logistics Properties will construct a 165,000m2 warehouse in Suita City, Osaka, which will be its 100th developments in Japan. With an aim to complete in 2017, construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2016. GLP Suita will be located in the 75,000m2 land in suburban Osaka. The pre-cast concrete structure will have four floors with total 165,000m2 space. LED lightings and photovoltaic panels will be installed in the building. (2015/10/21)
