Japanese housing developer Sekisui House will construct the nation’s first zero energy apartment building in Nagoya City. The three story mid-sized apartments will have luxury twelve units with completion expected in 2019.
The Grand Maison is to have various energy-saving technologies such as LED lightings and double glazed windows filled with argon gas which can double thermal insulation performance of openings. With the 4 kw PV system and fuel cell ENEFARM, Sekisui will realize the first ZEH condominium in Japan. (2016/12/06)
